This programme aims to help, guide, support selected generation entrepreneurs to:

1	Strengthen their entrepreneurial abilities / motivation.
2	Analyze environment related to small & medium industry / business.
3	Select project / products. Formulate project.
4	Understand the process & procedure of setting up of small / medium industry / business.
5	Know & can influence the sources of help / guidance / support needed for launching enterprise.
6	Acquire the management skills to manage the unit.
7	Know the pros & cons of being an entrepreneur.
8	Acquainting and appreciating social responsibility and entrepreneurial disciplines.
